* 5 pounds bone-in beef abbreviate ribs, trimmed
* 2 average onions, cautiously chopped
* 2 garlic cloves, minced
* 2 tablespoons Crisco® Pure Olive Oil
* 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
* 1 cup chili sauce
* 1/3 cup soy sauce
* 1/3 cup honey
* 1/4 cup arranged amber sugar
* 1/4 cup ketchup
* 2 teaspoons chili powder
* 1/2 teaspoon arena ginger
* 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
* 1/8 teaspoon broiled oregano
* 1/8 teaspoon Liquid Smoke, optional
Directions
* Place ribs in a Dutch oven; add baptize to awning by 2 in. Accompany to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 1-1/2 to 2 hours or until tender.
* Meanwhile, in a saucepan, saute onions and garlic in oil until tender. Add actual ingredients; accompany to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes, active occasionally.
* Drain ribs. Arrange on a broiler pan and drip with barbecue sauce. Broil 4 to 5 in. from the calefaction for 5-10 account on anniversary ancillary or until booze is bubbly. Yield: 6-8 servings.
