Ingredients
* 3-1/2 to 4 pounds beef abbreviate ribs
* 1-1/2 cups water
* 1 average onion, sliced
* 1 tablespoon vinegar

SAUCE:
* 1/2 cup ketchup
* 1/4 cup chopped onion
* 2 tablespoons auto juice
* 2 garlic cloves, minced
* 1 teaspoon sugar
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions
* In a Dutch oven, amalgamate ribs, water, onion and vinegar; accompany to a boil. Reduce hat; awning and simmer for 1 hour, axis ribs occasionally. Drain. Place ribs in a distinct band in an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Amalgamate booze ingredients; beanery over ribs. Awning and broil at 325° for 1-1/4 hours or until meat is tender. Yield: 4-6 servings.
