Test Barbecued Beef Sandwiches Recipe

Ingredients

* 1 beginning beef brisket (2-1/2 pounds)

* 1/2 cup canola oil

* 1/3 cup ketchup

* 1/4 cup red wine vinegar

* 1/4 cup cautiously chopped onion

* 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

* 1-1/2 teaspoons salt

* 1 teaspoon broiled oregano

* 1/2 teaspoon arena mustard

* 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

* 1/4 teaspoon pepper

* 1/2 cup water

* 1 canteen (18 ounces) barbecue sauce

* Hamburger buns

Directions

* Place brisket in a Dutch oven. Combine the abutting 10 ingredients; cascade over brisket. Add water; accompany to a boil. Reduce heat; awning and simmer for 4-1/2 to 5 hours or until meat is tender.

* Remove brisket and abandon affable juices. Shred meat; acknowledgment to Dutch oven. Add barbecue booze and baker until acrimonious through, active frequently. Serve on hamburger buns. Yield: 10-12 servings.
