Ingredients
* 1 batter beef tenderloin roast, cubed
* 1 blooming onion, sliced
* 2 garlic cloves, minced
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon pepper
* 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
* 1 batter beginning asparagus, akin and cut into 2-inch pieces
* 1/2 batter broken beginning mushrooms
* 1/4 cup butter, cubed
* 1 tablespoon soy sauce
* 1-1/2 teaspoons auto juice
* Hot adapted rice
Directions
* In a wok or ample skillet, stir-fry the beef, onion, garlic, alkali and pepper in oil for 3-5 minutes; abolish and accumulate warm.
* In the aforementioned pan, stir-fry asparagus and mushrooms in adulate until asparagus is tender. Return beef admixture to the pan. Stir in soy booze and auto juice; calefaction through. Serve with rice. Yield: 4 servings.
