Ingredients
* 1/2 batter craven tenderloins
* 1/8 teaspoon pepper
* 1/4 cup chopped candied onion
* 2 tablespoons orange juice
* 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
* 1 tablespoon Crisco® Pure Olive Oil
* 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
* 1-1/2 teaspoons minced beginning gingerroot
* 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
* 1 garlic clove, minced
* Hot adapted rice, optional
Directions
* Sprinkle craven with pepper. Place in an 8-in. aboveboard baking basin coated with affable spray. In a baby bowl, amalgamate the onion, orange juice, soy sauce, oil, hoisin sauce, gingerroot, orange bark and garlic; cascade over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20-25 account or until craven juices run clear. Serve with rice if desired. Yield: 2 servings.
