Test Asian Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

* 1/2 batter boneless skinless craven breasts, cut into 1/2-inch strips

* 1 tablespoon Crisco® Pure Olive Oil

* 2 celery ribs, sliced

* 1 baby onion, cut into attenuate wedges

* 2 cups beginning broccoli florets

* 1 garlic clove, minced

* 2 to 3 teaspoons minced beginning cilantro

* 1/2 teaspoon salt

* 1/8 teaspoon pepper

* Hot adapted rice

* 2 teaspoons soy sauce

Directions

* In a nonstick bucket or wok, stir-fry craven in oil for 2 account or until no best pink. Remove and accumulate warm. In the aforementioned pan, stir-fry celery and onion for 2 minutes. Add broccoli and garlic; stir-fry for 2-3 account or until vegetables are crisp-tender.

* Return craven to the pan; baptize with cilantro, alkali and pepper. Cook and activity until acrimonious through. Serve over rice; baptize with soy sauce. Yield: 2 servings.
