Test Alfredo Chicken Lasagna Recipe

 

Ingredients

* 6 ounces boneless skinless craven breast, cut into bite-size pieces

* 1 cup broken beginning mushrooms

* 2 tablespoons chopped onion

* 1 garlic clove, minced

* 1 tablespoon Crisco® Pure Olive Oil

* 1 tablespoon advantageous flour

* 1 cup Alfredo sauce

* 3/4 cup 2% cottage cheese

* 1/4 cup additional 2 tablespoons disconnected Parmesan cheese, divided

* 1 egg, agilely beaten

* 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

* 1/2 teaspoon broiled parsley flakes

* 4 lasagna noodles, adapted and drained

* 1-1/2 cups (6 ounces) disconnected part-skim mozzarella cheese

Directions

* In a ample skillet, saute the chicken, mushrooms, onion and garlic in oil until craven is no best pink. Activity in abrade until blended; activity in Alfredo sauce. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. In a baby bowl, amalgamate the cottage cheese, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian condiment and parsley.

* Spread 1/2 cup Alfredo admixture in an 8-in. x 4-in. loaf pan coated with affable spray. Layer with two noodles (trimmed to fit pan), bisected of the cottage cheese mixture, 3/4 cup Alfredo admixture and 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with actual Parmesan cheese. Repeat layers.

* Cover and broil at 350° for 30 minutes. Uncover; broil 10 account best or until bubbly. Let angle for 10 account afore cutting. Yield: 3 servings.
