Ingredients

* 1 red capsicum, deseeded and cut into 4 according pieces

* 1/4 tsp paprika

* 1 Tbsp beginning basil leaves

* 1/2 cup Heinz Seriously Good Lite Mayonnaise

* 450g backpack Sealord Calamari Chips

* 1 1/2 Tbsp oil

* 1 tsp ashamed garlic

* 200g button mushrooms, wiped

* 3-4 courgettes, cut into 2cm chunks

Method
