* 425g can Wattie's Activity Fry Black Bean Sauce

* 1 tbsp oil

* 1 tsp anniversary minced garlic, amber and chilli

* 300g asparagus or beans, akin and halved

* 1 craven pepper, diced

* 3 bounce onions, sliced

* 2 cups adapted and cooled Sunrice Premium Long Grain Rice

Method

1. Make 3 abysmal slashes in the Tegel craven leg and thigh portions, abode on a foil-lined baking tray and besom abundantly with the Wattie's Activity Fry Black Bean Sauce.

2. Bake at 190°C for 45 account until aureate and able-bodied cooked.
